The short version
Be real, be kind, and don’t put anyone at risk. Post what you made or have the right to share. Sell only what you can honestly describe and legally sell.
These guidelines apply to everything on Noachis: videos, captions, comments, LIVE broadcasts, profiles, products and stores.
Safety
No violence, threats or content that encourages people to hurt themselves or others. No dangerous challenges or instructions that could get someone hurt.
Content about suicide or self-harm that could encourage it is removed. If you see someone who may be at risk, report it — reports about self-harm are reviewed first — and if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
No sexual content involving minors, ever. It is removed, and the account is banned.
Respect
No harassment, bullying, or targeting someone for who they are. No hate speech against people based on protected characteristics.
Don’t pretend to be someone else, a brand, or Noachis. Usernames that match Noachis’s own pages are reserved for that reason.
Honesty
No scams, fake giveaways or schemes to take people’s money or details. No spam, and no buying or faking likes, follows or views.
If you’re paid to promote something, don’t hide it.
Other people’s work
Only post what you made or have permission to use. If someone has used your work, report it with “Uses my work without permission” — see the Copyright Policy.
Selling
No counterfeit goods, and nothing that is illegal or restricted to sell. Describe products truthfully. The Seller Rules have more.
What happens when rules are broken
A person reviews reports. Automated tools can flag content for review, but they don’t take action on their own.
Depending on how serious it is, Noachis may add a warning, remove content, restrict features — posting, commenting, going LIVE, shopping, selling or creator tools — suspend an account, or ban it permanently.
You’ll get a notice in the app explaining what happened and which part of these guidelines it relates to. We don’t share who reported you.
Appeals
You can appeal a decision once, from the notice about it. Someone who wasn’t involved in the original decision reviews the appeal. If your account is suspended or banned, you can see why and appeal on the Noachis website under Account status, without signing in.
