Who can use Noachis
You need to be 13 or older to use Noachis. Buying coins, sending LIVE gifts and Star Comments, and taking part in LIVE lucky draws are for people 18 and over.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time, except while an order or payout is still in progress.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post.
Rules
Using Noachis means following the Community Guidelines, and, if you sell or earn, the Seller Rules and Creator Terms.
Buying and selling
Purchases are between you and the seller; Noachis provides the platform.
Shop Coins
Shop Coins are loyalty points for shopping on Noachis. You get them free — for example from a shop’s Review Prize, for a review with at least 50 characters, a photo and a video. They are not money: they can’t be bought, sold, transferred to someone else or exchanged for cash, and they are not the coins used for the chat pet.
At checkout, 1 coin takes RM0.01 off, up to 25% of the price of the items after the shop’s own discounts (never the shipping), in any shop. Noachis pays the shop for the coins you use.
Coins expire 6 months after you get them; the ones that expire first are used first. If an order is cancelled before payment or refunded, the coins it used come back (keeping their date, but at least 30 days). If an order you were given Review Prize coins for is refunded, up to that many of your coins are taken back.
Noachis may take back coins given by mistake or through abuse (for example fake orders or accounts set up to collect coins), and may end Shop Coins with notice.
Enforcement and termination
Noachis may restrict, suspend or ban accounts that break the rules, with an appeal available.
