Earning
You earn commission when someone buys a product through your link. The rate is set by the seller per product and shown before you share.
Commission is held until the order’s return window has closed — 7 days after it is delivered, and longer if the seller’s programme sets a longer hold — so a refunded order doesn’t become money you then owe back.
Attribution goes to the last creator link a buyer clicked for that product. Clicking your own link doesn’t earn commission.
A buyer’s tap on a product you tagged in your video, or featured in your LIVE, counts like a click on your link: you earn on that product when the shop runs an affiliate programme and has opened the product to creators. Tag only products your video really shows. Taps on your own content, on your own shop’s products, or on a shop that has blocked you earn nothing. A LIVE’s products count while it’s on and for 2 hours after.
A shop may offer you a higher rate on some products for a period (a targeted campaign). You earn the higher of that and the normal rate. If the shop cancels it early, you keep the higher rate for 7 more days, or until its planned end if sooner.
If you are in an agency, shops may also register products in your agency’s campaigns at a higher rate. While you are a member, you earn the highest rate open to you on a sale. Noachis still pays you in full; your agency’s share is between you and the agency.
Free samples and paid posts
Free samples: when a shop approves you and the parcel arrives, post a public video with the product tagged within the days the shop set. A sample you keep without posting counts against you in the marketplace (shops see how many samples ended with a video).
Paid posts: once a shop accepts you, hand in a public video with the product tagged, posted after acceptance, by the due date. The shop approves it or asks for changes within 3 days; then, if the video is still up 7 days after approval, the fee is added to your earnings and paid out like commission. Taking the video down before then means the fee isn’t paid.
Refundable samples: you buy the sample as a normal order. After it is delivered, post a public video with the product tagged within the days the shop set (1 to 7) and hand it in under Collabs; the item price you paid (not shipping) is added to your earnings when the shop is paid for that order. In the rare case that an order also carries another creator’s commission, the refund is limited to what is left of the order. If you don’t post in time, or the order is returned or cancelled, there is no refund from the shop beyond the ordinary return process.
Say clearly in the video that it is a paid or gifted collaboration.
Agencies (MCN)
You can join one agency at a time, by accepting its invite in the app, and leave whenever you like. The agency’s share is what you agreed with it; Noachis shows it and your earnings to the agency but pays you in full — you settle the share with the agency yourselves.
Payouts
Noachis doesn’t have a payout provider connected yet, so withdrawals aren’t possible. Your earnings are recorded from the first sale.
Rules
Disclose paid promotion, don’t mislead buyers, and don’t generate fake clicks or purchases. Creator features can be restricted for breaking these rules; commission already earned isn’t withheld by a creator restriction.
